You shouldnt need to be told to replace any cracked window panes.


Tip #50 Make Your Floors Gleam

Your floors must be spotless. When prospective buyers enter your home, theyll either wipe their feet, or take off their shoes; where will they be looking at this moment?

Of course, theyll be looking directly at your floors. Have a nice if possible, new mat in the entry, and wash your floors until you can see your face in them.
